The older, the better — this extremely worn-down  inter-terrace along Jalan Gumilang was a forgotten gem waiting to be discovered. We thoroughly enjoyed rethinking the space, hacking down walls, creating new rooms (plus, building a bathroom), and turning this pre-loved home into a charming abode for its new owners…but of course, nothing adds character better than marrying old and new. You’ll see that we’ve kept the original vintage mosaic tiles on the staircase, retaining its sentimental beauty and enhanced with a touch of modernity with wood and glass railings.
