The new owners of this 5 year BTO flat located in Segar Road; a very peaceful and serene neighbourhood, is a young couple who had just purchased their first resale flat together.

They have approached many interior designers all around Singapore asking for quotations before finally finding us on Carousell. Initially, their intention was to just renovate their industrial-looking kitchen to something that suit their style better. Maybe something more gentle and young-looking. Apart from that, they are also looking to do some minor works such as fixing and plastering of hairline cracks along the corridor and painting the entire house. These services are not offered by many Interior Designers here in Singapore. The overall look for the entire kitchen gives an chic European look with the subway tiles as backsplash. The top cabinets were in white (lofty) while the bottom cabinets were in teal. The work-top were finished in white quartz which brightens the entire kitchen space and contributes to the clean look.

Another minor work was on the DB cabinet. We suggested doing a one-piece door as it looks better compared to having 4 (which is standard for BTO units). We used a walnut laminate which matches the dining table and chairs.
