The existing condition of this 4-room HDB @ Bedok North has been in its original condition since 20 years ago. The new owner has sought our services through an old client who recommended us. 

The entire kitchen was using tacky floor and wall tiles which were also heavily stained with oil. We decided to turn it to a modern kitchen design. Getting rid of all the old tiles and replacing them with 60cmx60cm (instead of the commonly used 30cmx60cm) helps to elevate the space, making it look bigger and also more luxurious.

As for living room, the main criteria was to give it a warm and cosy feel because we believe the living room should be a place to chill & relax. Hence, we decided to give the living room a modern contemporary design with the use of warm downlights, we are able set the mood for a relaxing evening in the living room while watching the wide screen TV.
